Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box

I have bought three in less than a year. I was hoping that the third one would work. I thought I wasn’t having luck with the other two or that they had a manufacturing problem, but it seems that they just don’t work. The first one I had smelled horrible and wouldn’t finish a cleaning cycle. The second would turn on and off like crazy. This last one doesn’t finish the cleaning cycle. It worked for a day only. I feel so dumb that I kept on buying and so dumb to be wasting my money.

No problem setting up. Worked quietly for about a week, but now is pretty loud.Pretty hard to clean.I hope it holds up.Update; it is easy to clean. Works great.It’s pretty loud, I just took out the piece that flaps open so it’s quieter.

stopped working after 4-6 months.

Had this litterbox for a month and a half and the electronics are broken. door does not close and rake starts and hits the door with a red light. unpluging it and letting it sit for an hour, it will work once then the door does not work again. Seller does not respond to issues even amazon got no reply from the seller. now i am stuck with a round brick. Should have spent the extra for a litter robot. never again. Stay far away from this seller and this product.

It's constantly beeping at me.I do t have wifi, so I'm not sure if the app would help figure out the problemI empty the bag like once a week, I thought/hoped it would be closer to monthly.Apparently my cat urinated towards the front, since there is a ledge of litter clumps there. Though she always seems to be looking out, maybe it is the rake?The step thing is the bain of my existence! May cat is afraid if it, leaps past it when she's finished. If it's too far out or in the machine doesn't work. Litter gets everywhere. It is very difficult to move. The actual litter box is a wrestling match for me to remove. I dont know what the little red foamy things do. Currently they are not in and the machine doesn't care. We will find out if I care next time I need to rip the thing apart.The litter bags don't fit very well. The last time I emptied it the bag had slipped off and the became useless.It's a really gross machine when taking apart. Definitely wear gloves. You need to remove the red thing, which is difficult to find in the dark. Then attempt to pull out the litter box, which may "splash" because it does not want to leave. There will be litter every where, under the box,all around the machine, on the weird backsplash thing that protects the collection system...I have a very large under the old litter box collection matt, it's too small for this new box, I'd need at least 36"x36" to control the mess.All the being said. Now that my cat is finally not afraid if using the box. There is no way I could clean it up enough to return it. It's been a month or two, maybe it will become easier for me to use.I HIGHLY recommend watching it u-tube videos to set it up. And if you can do it on a table with lots of light, it will make the task easier.

I have to say, I’m quite disappointed not only with the cat litter box, but I’ve tried a few times to get in contact with the manufacturer or the person who sold me the device to see if they could help me troubleshoot, or possibly explain why I’m having the issues I’m having with it. Thanks to Amazon‘s customer service via chat, all the prompts they give you do not allow you to contact anyone directly or speak to someone and I tried a few times to request a phone number for the company so I can call a one 800 number and get some assistance but I couldn’t even get that far the three different times I tried to chat being you, don’t get to chat with a live person and it is a robot. No help whatsoever with the issues, so now I have to pack up this gigantic cat litter box after I threw out the box and send it back to get a refund.

It was scary for my cats at first but they love it. I accidentally unhinged the trash door and it wouldn't work, but as soon as I fixed it it started working again. I am trying to figure out how to empty it and sanitize it but no instructions for that.
