I bought 2 because they were priced so well. Gave one to a guy at work who was running a glass 10 and having hell. He loved it. A few days later my wife snagged the other one, and due to her new found favorite lens I never got it back. I've welded with "hers" and was very suprised how good it worked and was great value for the money. The one in my pancake is a 100 dollar lens and is almost as clear. Also fits nicely in a pancake or sugar scoop. Very worthit and will buy more.

I am a pipe welder and this lens was great, while it lasted. Used it for 5 10 hour shifts at work and then it puked! Will not go to shade nine when an arc is struck. I wouldn't waste the money, go with a weldcote or tradesman. Weldcote is only 12 dollars more and its a GREAT lense.

Ordered the shade 9 and received shade 10 works as advertised nothing fancy you get what u pay for

I disliked the factvthat inused it for about 5 minutes before it stopped working. Shutting off mid weld. Piece of junk is what this is.

Never changes. It stay dark which I guess is better than the other way cause it still functions as a welding lens but it’s dark all the time. Sometimes if I look up at the sky if will dim than dark when I weld but 95% of the time it stays dark. It’s just a really expensive #9 not a cheap auto dark.

Not up to standard of quality that I'm used too. For just a side job it's okay, but not daily use.
