good value but hammer function doesnt work
The trigger is connected to a variable resistor so the speed can be readily adjusted which allows you to use this as a 500w screwdriver,there is a polarity reverse switch as well, both the black handle and the depth gauge are detachable and the chuck key is handily attached to the power cord just below the handle, the unit also comes with a pair of spare commutators.the unit is robust and smells rather nice but the hammer switch seems to be there for show as it does absolutely nothing (well it is made in china).So if you dont need the hammer function then this drill will serve you well, before I bought this I searched the internet extensively and you will not find better value.

You get what you pay for.
Well I cannot say anything good about this drill but perhaps I have the only dodgy one from the factory. The drill bit wobbles and it now seems stuck on hammer drill! This is only the 2nd time I have used it and I probably wont be using it any more. I could ask for my money back but it's not worth all the aggro.My advice is to pay more and get a decent drill.
