Poor returns policy
Throttle broke on second use. I did not want to pay the cost of returning so they sent me new part to fix a new machine myself!Apart from this works well. The extra items supplied are very useful.Much easier to start than I expected and makes light work of what I have use it for.

Finally got to use it as the weather was good, took about a hour to set all the different heads up, all worked very well. Easy bottle for petrol mix and started first and every time, garden starting to resemble a garden again

Easy to setup
Easy to setup, starts first time. Cuts well, easy to switch the attachments. Only issue is the weight of the engine but I definitely would recommend this tool.

Don't waste your time or money
We bought this and a chainsaw both from same company.This product lasted 5 minutes before breaking and the other product wouldnt even start.We e-mailed to sort out the refund and was told we had to pay to return the items and then they would test them to decide if a refund would be given.I wouldn't give zero stars but i had to give it one to write this review
