Once you get the hang of how to use it it’s amazing!!! I love that I’m only mopping with clean water and the dirty water goes into the separate side. I did have to useYouTube to figure out how to use it because there were no instructions with it. There’s 2 knobs that was confusing and the side that the clean water goes into and drains out of has a small attachment when you pull the bucket out and it falls off easily therefore dumping all of your clean water in the dirty waterSide. Once we figured that out it makes you keep an eye on it. But overall I do love this system.

It works like it says, my only issue is the pumped to put more clean water in the rinse side broke so I have to use it as a standard rinse bucket, instead of the clean water like advertised. It's fine tho, still gets the job done.

This is hands down the best mop ever!! I have the original mop which I bought over 2 years ago and is still working fine 🙂.. my wife loved it tooo but always thought it would be better if it can separate the clean water from the dirty water, and its finally here 🥳.. used it a couple of times already and it works amazing 👏 .. I think the concept is really smart, dirty and clean water kept separate. Circular mop head needs more volume of string. Spinning did not really get out the excess water. The instructions on the Pamphlet are not really clear. The QR Code, which is the biggest issue when it was where you're supposed to go to watch video for use of the product and instead get a lot of live video feeds of Transexuals doing their own thing and nothing to do with the product. There are some amazingly good looking transexuals on there, however, I didn't go there to see transexuals workout at the gym or whatever, I wanted to see the video on the product so I could see how exactly those two knobs are supposed to work.

This mop may not be intuitive at first glace, but once you start using it and adjust the fresh water pump valve to your preference; this thing works like a champ. Coming from the O'Cedar (the pedal quit working) version, when the clean water started refilling the rinse reservoir when I was drying the mop, I knew my cleaning flow was about to hit different. The only critique would be filling the clean water into the bucket isn't as easy as I would like. I did notice there are three rectangular holes on the top in the center (where the chambers meet) on either side. I assume it is for some sort of accessory? I may try to make something that would assist in filling, but with that being said, I appreciate how modular it seems. The bottom seems like it would be perfect for 3d printed caster mounts, but there may be a reason they chose the wheels they did. I was also thinking it may be fun to cut out some designs in vinyl to give it some aesthetic individuality.

I really wanted this mop to work, so much so, when the first was defective, I took a chance and exchanged it for another. Thank you Tsmine for making this possible. The same thing happened with the second one, unfortunately. It was a joy to operate for the beginning of the initial mopping, but I couldn't even finish the floor before the part in the pictures had dislodged itself with both buckets.This part is crucial if you want to use the clean water function as it is responsible for funneling the clean water into the bucket where the mop is rinsed. I surmise from the vigorous spinning which vibrates the bucket when drying the mop, this piece just pops off. Behind this piece, Tsmine has put a spot of glue. This will just not hold the part in place. I believe this crucial part should be molded directly into the side of the plastic bucket for longevity.I am happy the breakdown happened early on when I could still return it. If you are not interested in the clean water function, this defect will not matter to you. You simply remove the rinse bucket and spin your mop in a mixture of the clean and dirty water, by taking the rinse bucket out.Thank you Tsmine for marketing this set with the two extra mop heads, the adjustable pole, wonderful demonstration video and printed instructions. I like the sleek look of the bucket, its' ease of use, the ability to turn the drain and pump functions on and off and am happy with the wheels on the bottom and that the bucket drains from both ends...I just wish it would consistently work to do what I bought it for, to keep the clean and dirty water separate. If you do a redesign, I'm first in line!

I had already purchased one of these for myself and believe it or not -- this second one was for my daughter for Christmas! She loves hers as much as I like mine! Makes my hardwood floors shine like a mirror! I've had about four other types of spin mops and none of them do anything near as nicely as this. Truthfully -- I think there's some magic somewhere that makes my flooring of ANY kind (wood, vinyl, tile) -- you name it -- it does the same great job! And you can get an extended warranty for no additional cost! Customer service was great when I had a question on my first one. I'm now a loyal customer and wouldn't buy any other kind.

Once you get it you get it and I love mine!! So much better than the traditional mop and bucket! Takes less time. Not having to dump buckets and refill for clean water! Keeps dirty water separate from your clean water. Much cleaner way to clean.
