Found it a little more difficult to fly than I expected but I hope I get the hang of it. It looks like a nice product.

After sending photos and video to customer service replacement corrected the problem. Earlier review follows new review.SOTAONE S450 Drone with Camera for Adults is totally fun.I am a neophyte drone user so spent time learning the controls and app. I am still a beginner but found practice and patience allowed me to control drone pretty well, quickly, after reading through the user manual. Happy to say I have not (or is it did not?) decapitated me flying drone in a large indoor environment of an art studio. Art supplies scattered along with papers and pride as I breezed over them later to bang into a walls, many times. Once controls were understood, basically, flew drone outside discovering not so easy to maneuver in breezy environment. Watching images through camera was great but have not yet figured out how to capture images (user error). I am surprised how well made and study device is and I did not hurt me or anyone learning to fly the device. Drone has a summersault trick which is sweet.First review below:Fluke controller.Right joy stick of controller came stuck in the bottom left corner (photo). When it was unstuck joy stick operated but will stick when moved to bottom left corner making drone and controller unusable.Wrote Sotaone customer service about issue, did not write Amazon (yet), now waiting on Sotaone's responses towards warrantee.All items in on-line description which should come in case did. Easy to lose, like most drones..

Really nice appearance and case with extra parts and two batteries. However, the battery charging indicator light does not consistently stay lit. More importantly, with battery fully charged I followed instructions to pair the remote with the drone and it will complete the first step but not the second (moving joysticks simultaneously diagonally inward which is supposed to let you start a flight) the propellers won’t even start so it hasn’t flown at all. I’d return it to try this model again but apparently less than one day outside the Amazon return window since I ordered ahead of my daughter’s birthday and just now opened it. Maybe the company could replace it since it won’t fly at all?

I got the drone and it flies really high but somehow I ended up loosing the track of itI reported this with the company since in the instructions and manual says they will replace it in case you loose it.And I received another one brand new !Now we are more careful with itMy kids love it but the one having fun flying and recording is my husbandEven though is not a 4K resolution it’s fun to play with it and learn

This was our 2nd drone of this model. First one went crazy and got lodged in a 100 ft tree. Second one hit a wall. Although there are extra parts, it was part of a rotor cuff that got snapped in half. Not replaceable. Not worthy of paying for repair. Waste of money.
