I always look for betters ways to take vitamins, herbs, and supplements rather than in tablet form. This product is easy to take. I just started taking this so I’m not sure on how well it will work in the long run, but so far I like it and because it is so easy to take I can put in just plain water or any other drink and I’m done. The flavor is quite palatable so I don’t mind having it added to anything I drink. The ingredient list consists of milk thistle, artichoke, berberine, turmeric, dandelion, hawthorn, reishi mushroom, and bupleurum and those are items that I usually take on their own so having everything mixed in this one liquid form is a big plus for me. I will be ordering this again next month. This is also a good value because of the concentration of the liquid, even in the 2oz version. Definitely a recommend from me.
