It was oki
The beginning of the story was strong, intriguing. The middle was a bit slow and not very memorable. The ending did circle back to the beginning but it lacked. The first book was a lot better than this x

Great teen romance
This is the third book in the Teen and YA Backstage Pass series that I’ve read. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them all! They all involve members of the hottest boy band around - Seconds to Juliet - who are on tour and tell of how they each, in turn, meet their own Juliet. In this story, front man Trevin Jacobs is the band member who failed to turn up to escort Daisy Morris to her homecoming, despite her winning the date and it being televised. She was ridiculed to just receive an autographed photo of him instead of him actually turning up on the night. She’s had a year of ridicule after the debacle and now her Dad is taking her on their tour. He’s a bodyguard for them and is unaware of the heartache they caused his daughter, so doesn’t understand her attitude to the band members when she arrives. Nor does Trevin. When Ryley challenges him to make her fall in l love with him over the summer, Trevin agrees but the best laid plans often go wrong and she’s out for revenge. Not a recipe for love is it? However things are about to get interesting on the tour . . . .Really enjoyed this latest addition to the series. There are lots of misunderstandings around to keep life at times very interesting and at others totally tumultuous! Great characters, wonderful writing and a star studded story make this a riveting read. Thanks to the author, publishers and NetGalley, too, for letting me read an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
