This is my first drone. I did a lot of research before choosing this TizzyToy BL01 Brushless Motor Drone with Camera-4K. The two supplied batteries work well and give me lots of flight time. I found it easy to fly, especially since I have no previous drone experience. Great carrying case and supplies.This is a well thought out package for a beginner. It takes good video, better than I expected. This drone's brushless motors gives smooth performance. It is very steady when flying.I really like the one-key takeoff & landing feature. The UAV app installed easily and work well on my Android phone.

Great drone. Durability is amazing, and camera quality is better than most. Handling is extremely easy, and has many useful features. Would recommend as a drone for starters and for people who just want to have fun with a flying camera.

I purchased this drone after dabbling with a cheaper older model a few years ago and figured it was time for an upgrade. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase, this drone is miles ahead of my old drone, it has fantastic stabilization, I love the fact that it collapses and comes with it's own carrying case. The kit includes two batteries, replacement propellers, a screwdriver. The advertised 20 minutes of flight time seems very accurate and I'm very impressed. It has 3 speed options which is great. Overall a fantastic value. I reached out to the support to find some information about the drone and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Fantastic deal.

My first attempt at flying a drone. The videos were extremely helpful. I have crashed this thing into walls, trees, and bushes multiple times and it keeps flying while still using the original set of blades. Had a lot of fun with the drone. It is nicely packaged inside a carry case so it is completely mobile.

Their customer support from tizzytoyshop is extremely poor and I will explain why I feel that way and that is when it comes to getting support from them they stink! Plus all their information is very vague! I am a new drone. My wife purchased this for me for Christmas and I do love the drone. My only issue with them is for somebody who is over 50 years old who didn’t really grow up with PlayStation and all the other stuff it’s very difficult to learn without proper instructions. This company does not give you any support. First of all the app that they use Wi-Fi UAV is horrible because the rating of it on the system is a 2.5 on the iPhone. After downloaded the app just like they told me to according to the instructions there is not any support for this app is all very vague. According to the drone support from tizzytoyshop all their information is very vague. I have sent out some different emails because I don’t understand how to fly the drone within the app and all the responses have been very vague. I tried to explain to these people about the app being very horrible and they don’t care. I also found on YouTube to see if there is any videos on it from the company and there isn’t really much. I am a US Army veteran of 20 years and I am also a visual learner. That’s how I learn being dyslexic. I learned through visual learning by watching the videos so I can learn.Well, I sent out an email last night and their response to me this morning when I received it was very vague. The videos that they sent me are useless. They are very vague. we spent about $100 for this drone and as far as I’m concerned and I know repeating this this company should give you a lot more support than what they do. Maybe the drones aren’t that expensive because they are $100 but still that should not make a difference so this is telling me that this is horrible and they don’t care! I am still gonna how to fly it. I will still learn how to use the app, but when it comes to this company support, they are horrible. I would not recommend this room to anybody in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this awesome little drone, it is so easy to fly and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I engaged with their team, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.The quality of this drone was outstanding, and it truly made a difference in my experience. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the seamless process from start to finish. It’s clear that [Company Name] values their customers and strives to provide the best possible.

I had no problems connecting to it and once I read the manual the controller worked well. It does better than expected in light winds but I still managed to crash it a few times. It's light enough to sustain a few rashes without damage. Unfortunately the pictures look like they were taken by a security camera. They show a high resolution but look like the video sensor is being upscaled.

This is a great drone especially for the price point. It fits in a nice padded carrying case and comes with two batteries and two cords for charging which is very convenient. The carrying case is nice and compact, it fits in my briefcase. I am a first time drone owner and I think this was a great choice! It was fairly simple to snap the protective feet on and get it powered up and flying. It is easy to control even though I had a few mishaps due to my lack of experience. Best thing is that it came with extra fan blades so it was no problem to switch out the ones I damaged. I have done several trial runs with my phone attached and using the software that is downloadable. It hovers in position well and fights off the wind too. It was about a 10 to 12 mile an hour wind for my second time out and it managed to hold its position. I have also taken several pictures and videos which are pretty nice. I am not a gamer so my next step will be just to log some hours so that I can get used to working the controller. It is easy but I just don't have much experience with controllers. I highly recommend watching all of the tutorial videos if you are a first-time user. Also make sure and use it in a nice open space your first time. I did not follow that advice and that's why I had a couple of mishaps. It is still going strong though! Thanks for being tough.
