Happy with these.They are another form of "folic acid". They are the type of supplements that are a powder inside of a capsule which I prefer over the solid ones. They don't have any taste nor aftertaste, easy to swallow & a very typical size regarding supplements. The capsule makes them easy to swallow as well.

I've been very pleased with all of the Double Wood supplements I've bought. I ordered the Methylfolate as supplemental support for my inherited Thalassemia (AKA Mediterranean anemia) minor. If you’ve not switched to a methylated multivitamin. this one I would highly suggest you purchase.I completely changed to Methylated Vitamins after the suggestion of a nutritionist. Tossed the other brands and haven’t looked back. I feel so much better taking this multivitamin.I can tell a change in my health as well as my energy levels. I’m 67 and needed to have been on an easily absorbable, easily broken down for fast uptake vitamin over the past 40 plus years.
