Cheap & Reliable (Perfect for people with smallish hands, female or just small in general)
I've been buying Rock Candy PS3 Controllers for years now. Considering how much punishment I put them through (Playing games like FFXIV including Endgame Raiding, Playing retroish fighting games like Guilty Gear, and a slew of other games I use it for, including Tales of Berseria) It lasts me for about a year and a half a few lasted two years. Yes that's not a SUPER long time however considering the price, and how comfortable it is for me to use since my hands are a little small (female) its perfect for me and the responsiveness is really great. I main a WHM in FFXIV and it works perfectly well for me. I will continue to buy this brand for as long as it's available at a great price!! Highly recommended!!!

Best USB controller ever.
Best USB controller ever. I bought my first one from a Gamestop years ago and regretted selling it with my PS3 because it was so perfect. I'm so glad I found it here again! Thanks to its cable and legitimate design, it works perfectly on the PS3, PC games, and emulated games. It's great for people with small hands like me, and, of course, it looks really cool. I got the blue one.

Cheap but gets the job done
If you’re anything like me, and enjoy retro ps1 and ps2 games but are too stubborn to convert from the xbox layout—this cute little thing fulfills that purpose for a very cheap price. Do not be fooled, it is cheap in every sense of the word; slightly mushy buttons, awful analog triggers and very light, cheap construction, and is absolutely puny. But, I argue that is you’re just looking for a little controller with this layout, it’ll do. Plus, the cheap build seems to nonetheless hold up well, this little thing is my most reliable controller for navigating retropie menus and having a quick Darkstalkers session. And if this is the sentence you’re looking for: yes, it works with Linux and retroarch without hassle

Not as good as other Rock Candy Products on the market.
Before I begin, let me just state this: I'm very familiar with Rock Candy/PDP products. In-fact: because Microsoft and Sony choose to do away with Wired Controller setups(Sure, you can plug in a micro usb.. but that's not durable.) the rock candy controllers have been my go to for Xbox 360 & Xbox one and those work and feel good enough relative to the first party offerings. Now while the Xbox 360 Rock Candy Controller is fairly faithful to the first party offering(Similar Ergonomics), The PS3 Rock Candy controller isn't in the same league.Let's start out with some positives first:It's very comfortable in the hands to hold. There's even a small design in the back of the handles for your middle finger to rest and wrap around while your thumb and index finger do the main work. The D-pad is great. It's in a very traditional shape, very clicky feedback, and feels really responsive. The Triggers are comfortable: If you used a dualshock 4; these feel similar in design; but they don't have as much travel. This can be a pro-or a con depending on what genre of gaming your playing.-It's LightWeight. If you used Other Rock Candy Products like I have, this PS3 variant weighs about the same.-The layout of the controller is closer to that of an Xbox controller with the off-set thumb-sticks, now I prefer the sticks to be side by side; but I can work with this. Now onto the cons:-No breakaway cable. All other PDP products have and feature this. The PS3 rock candy controller though doesn't have a breakaway cable, so if you get a short in the cable.. you're boned and you'll have to pickup another controller.-The face buttons are small and cheap. I have small hands, but my thumb rests on all 4 of the buttons at once. At least the Rock Candy Xbox 360 controller has buttons that are a similar size of the microsoft offering. I feel like these face buttons are going to be the first thing that gets worn out fast through the controller._____________________________________________________________________________________________________Overall: I'll give this product a 3/5.It's cheap enough to recommend as an alternative, but it doesn't feel nearly as solid as the other rock candy products and it's missing some of the key features. You should only get this if your strictly needing it for PS3. If your gaming on windows: Get the Xbox Variation instead, it's better. These are my first impressions, so.. if anything changes through regular use of this gamepad; I'll update this review to reflect that.

amazing! Have not found a flaw.
I love this controller. planning to order like 5 more for all of my computer and tablet gaming. Compatible with A LOT of things. My off brand tablet recognized it immediately. just had to remap it how i wanted. The color is beautiful. It feels like very durable plastic. Buttons have perfect tension even on the analogs. As well as my favorite part which is the subtle groove on each side of the back of the controller where my middle fingers can rest easy. I highly recommend this controller.

Great controller for dolphin
I got this controller to use on my PC (Windows 7) with the Dolphin emulator. I plugged it in and my PC automatically installed the driver. I mapped the controls and used it to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It worked perfectly and it feels great in the hand.

Perfect inexpensive replacement!
I bought this to replace an original controller that came with the system after years of games like katamari forever and oblivion had wreaked havok on the joysticks. This little guy was cheap, can't complain about anything really. It is super responsive, light, and looks nice.It does not vibrate however, not a big deal for some but a deal breaker for others. This one has a nice looooong sturdy cord, no charging, no battery swaps and under 20 dollars. Its just what I was looking for but actually a little bit better.

Decent 3rd party replacement/second player controller.
A good controller for the price, hasn't crapped out yet like some other brands I've tried before, the colors are stylish ( i got blue) and having a cord saves me on buying more batteries. My only complaint are the analog sticks are hard plastic and don't have rubber or come with any cheap $1 thumsticks. They work fine without but i prefer them.
