It all makes sense now...
It all makes sense now, all the things I felt intuitively about myself and the ebbs and flows, but always fought it and got frustrated with myself becuase, well, we’re not taught this stuff, so I thought it was just something to overcome and fight! We live in a one size fits all masculine world and we’re taught to just ignore our natural ebbs and flows and intuition. This book is a permission slip to trust, accept and follow the wisdom that’s already inside and has been trying to communicate itself to us since the beginning. So glad I was recommended this book, especially as a business owner, it’s been harder and harder to “keep up” - my poor body... now I can work with my body not against it in this area as well, I already feel relief and I’m not even done with the book. Highly recommend!

Have been following the cycle of this book for almost 3 months
My previously-irregular cycle has synced up to the exact 27-day-cycle as described by the book for both of the last two months. No one could be more surprised by this than I.Given that my cycles prior to following this book were 30, 25, 35, 28, and 28 days respectively, I really do consider it near-miraculous that I have apparently synced with this book for almost the third months running. Sounds voo-doo, I know. Hope it lasts. Love it.

A game changer
This book first introduced me to menstrual cycle awareness and using the cycle for productivity and creativity. It is a life-changer and I love the day-by-day suggestions. I have taken it on the road with me for daily inspiration and reminders.

A Feminine Take on Self Help
This is another great book by author Miranda Gray, which emphasizes how important it is for women to come to understand, accept, and learn to work with their menstrual cycle in order to achieve lasting success and fulfillment in all areas of life. It encourages women to look upon their cycles as a positive part of being female, rather than as the weakness or "curse" that our patriarchal society would have us believe it is.

Great book!
Frankly, I was surprised by how informative and helpful this book has been. I've been using it for a few months and I really have a better understanding of my cycle and more tools about how to address problems. My husband was pretty grateful for the "demystification" as well.

Contemporary Red Moon
I read Red Moon back at University. This is a follow up to Red Moon, more contemporary but filled with interesting information on how to use your menstrual cycle. Its a good tool to better understand your body, yourself and to not feel so guilty when you have no energy or when you feel like you need time out. You realize that women are connected to nature and to the moon and that we should respect that during our cycle. I really enjoyed it and recommend it.

Greatly recommended
Indeed a book that every woman (and man) hould read. It totally changed my perception about my months totally - and in the positive sense. It confirmed what I was feeling but didn't pay attention to. It also contains a lot of practical advice of how to "cope" with the weekly changes in our body. Moreover, it changes the perception of "needing to cope" towards "enjoying the change" since you are no longer resisting the flow, but going WITH it.
