Awesome Pan
This is exactly what I was looking for to make focaccia bread. It will also be used for Detroit style pizza. It's a well made pan and cleans up really easy. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Works great
We made our first detroit style pizza in it and, with oil, it slid right out. I have had other pans coated in oil where it was still stuck, so this was a win!

Detroit pizza pan.
I love this pan. I used it for the first time to make a deep-dish pizza. I used King Arthur's recipe for Detroit style pizza. The dough uses bread flour and is very soft. You need to let it rest before stretching to fit the pan and not play with it much. I used 2-tablespoon of olive oil in the bottom of the pan and halfway up the sides. Even though it is nonstick this helps to get that deep brown crust color. When it was done, I let it sit 10 mins then I gently ran an offset spatula around the edges to loosen the cheese. I used a non-metal spatula to help guide it to a cutting board. It basically fell out. It was very easy to wash. Great pan!

Makes the most wonderful crispy crust
I love this pan. It makes a great crispy,thick crust pizza, square cut the way I grew up with in Pennsylvania.
