I love how it actually fits
I love how it actually fits. I am 5'2" and carry all my weight in my stomach which makes my back hurt. I can get this around my stomach with no problem at all. Gives great support so now I am able to work out without lower back pain

Too big
I have lower back pain from a car accident years ago. I’ve had several back support belts and this one is one of the worst. 27” waist 33” hips. It’s way too big and very stiff. I guess that’s why it was so cheap because you get what you pay for...

Uncomfortable
Belt is made of hard and uncomfortable material. Side straps are too short because they don’t stretch very well. I have been wearing this type of belt for years and know what to expect. There are better ones out there.

Amazing product.
This waist belt is really supportive, working more then 12 hours a day on my feet i lately started to have lower back problems and difficulties with bending down, this belt supports my lowers back and I have no pain in doing what I have to do. Great product. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t move around while working. High recommend.

not too happy with it as it made me itch
It is ok, not too happy with it as it made me itch! The top parts did and I guess I have to have it on over my clothes.
