It Works and I Am Happy!
After a disappointing experience with a different brand (DOA), I tried again with this brand. So far it has been a great experience. Battery arrived at about 45% charge, is a perfect fit for my Dell laptop and fully charged to 100%. Laptop did not have any issues and recognized the battery as expected. Very happy with this purchase.

So far so good, great battery and service
I've had laptop HP for a few years, the battery was starting to fail, it cannot be fully charged, the laptop would just shut off even when reported a charge of around 15%, so I took to amazon to look for a new battery!POWERWOO specializes in notebook batteries, their professionalism is undoubted, the price is reasonable,and the product quality is guaranteed. I choose them without hesitation.To date I am very pleased with this battery, I use it every day,and it does what I need it to do and let me save for a better laptop in the interim, get around 6-8hours depending on usage,All good so far, I would recommend this battery!

Ordered May 9, dead on July 8, did not last 2 months UPDATE:offered replacement
Updated July 18, 2021: replacement arrived in two days and is working fine. If this one last less than one year I will revise the rating again. Five star service from seller Meheart, four stars for the battery since the first one stopped working after two months of light use. Hoping the replacement does much better.Updated July 15, 2021: When I contacted the seller (Meheart) about the failed battery, they immediately offered a replacement. I have raised my rating due to the good customer service. If the replacement battery arrives and works, I will raise the rating again.Original review: Refused to take a charge today, was used less than two months.

Bad battery
Hi,I ordered a battery for my dell latitude e7440 47Wh, but you sent to me a battery 54Wh, it doesn't work, the battery percent charge is standing at 44%, when I unplugged it my laptop is automatically shut down.
