Great basic book
It is a great book with basic information about obesity. This would be great for someone who is planning to begin a healthier long term lifestyle instead of a quick fad diet.

Don't buy this book.
This book is written very poorly. It is loaded with misspellings, omitted words within a sentence, comma splices and run-on sentences. The inappropriate writing conventions distract from the content. The content itself is reasonable, but only refers generally to "studies" that have been done on a particular topic. I would not recommend this book. There are other books out there on burning belly fat that are well written and more credible than this one.

Don't beat yourself up over your weight…
If you're on to your fifth diet and you still haven't dropped weight maybe it is time to give up dieting. Yes, that is what I said. The trouble with diets is that they are a special event that is all too easily over. What you need to lose weight is to make small lifestyle changes one after another until you have permanently changed your life. This is the kind of insight that you can expect from Ted Duncan's Burn Fat. This book definitely takes the gentle approach: small steps, start easy, go slow. No crash diets of eating nothing but cucumbers for three weeks. By gradually and permanently changing your life you can change yourself in a natural way. If you fall off the trail and have a binge, just forgive yourself and go on as before. Duncan carefully explains food and exercise, and the whole mental mindset of losing weight (even hobbies is looked into).At 79 pages this book is a relatively quick read. It's language is easy to understand, and things are explained carefully and in detail. Some of this information you will have heard before, but some not. The beginning of the book is slightly repetitive, but this is useful to get the details into your head. While there is information on what to eat, there are no recopies or detailed daily diet plans. As I say the emphasis is on lifestyle change rather than regiments. At $3.18 the book is quite reasonably priced.I have belly flab which I have never been able to get rid of, so I approached this book with some interest. I did find its method quite interesting, especially giving up the idea that I had to go to food boot camp. I am happy to rate this book as 5 stars.

Incredible book !!
This incredible book is composed about consume fats,in reality because of eating nourishment which contain excessively calories so we increase overweight.This was a very good starting point let me to new word.
