Very good sound and easy to use.

**update** THEY DO NOT BLOCK BACKGROUND NOISES......CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE CAN HEAR THE MUSIC. MOVIE'S OR TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND.I bought this for work to dampen the noise around me and so I can hear when in the phone. Sound quality is great and microphone is crystal clear however, my ears hurt after about an hour of wearing them. Not sure what it is about them but no matter how I adjust them they just hurt after some time of wearing them.

Pros - nice, comfortable.Cons - The volume, when I turn down to volume 2 on the work laptop it still appears as talkers on the other end are loud. I have to remove one side of the headset from my ears, it's just too loud for me. Also, there is an issue when you connect to a Teams call where if you select mute before joining the Teams call the speaker does not mute. I have re-mute it again, which is annoying as I do not want any potential noise to be heard on my end. I can't control my others out side of my home with their loud music, cutting grass and etc. I have to always double check to make sure I am on mute but sometimes I forget to check.

Somewhat difficult to change sides for the mouthpiece! It really depends upon which side the user has a connection for the headphones. Not everyone plugs on a left side and it could have to do with the setup of the device connection. The device was on the right so we had to change the connection to the right side with a degree of difficulty! Any manufacturer of headsets should make a wired connection so that the connection can easily be made either right or left side of the user! It was not possible to move the device over to the left due to a partition on the desk.

The media could not be loaded. Another great product from Levn.The ear cushions are so soft and that makes me feel extremely comfortable wearing it. Additionally, the headset is pretty light weight and it fits perfectly, and I feel like nothing on my head whenever I put it on.The mic and sound quality are also good.Because it’s a wired headset, the setup is very straight forward, you just have to plug in the cable directly to the USB port on your computer or docking station. The cord lenght is also long enough for you to stand up and move around with it.This will be one of my favorite headset that I would like to use for my daily meetings at work.Overall, for this good and affordable wired headset, I would recommend it to other people.

For whatever reason the description has noise canceling microphone but it is not. I live in a noisy neighbor with barking dogs outside my home and people playing all music all times of the hours. I needed this headset to block out the background noise as I wfh and can’t download any noise canceling software on the equipment sent out to me. I returned and was refunded.
