Carving and Cutting Board with DEEP Juice Drip Groove. Bonus 3x Mini Cheese Boards.

I clearly wasn't paying close attention when I ordered this. I bought it because I needed a board that would catch all the juices when carving. The IKEA board in the background is a fantastic size but juice flows everywhere, hence why I ordered this one. I thought there must have been a mistake when it arrived as the box was smaller than I had envisaged. I rechecked the order and sure enough the board is only 11" x 11", but that means that the cutting area is only 9" x 9". That's big enough for a 2 1/2lb chicken but nothing bigger. It's not a bad machine finish but nothing special.

Beautiful board. Nice wide grooves for catching juices. Exactly what I wanted.
