BBD Whippet Deluxe Collar, Red

Only purchased this to got our puppy used to a larger collar. Quality isn’t great ..edges are rough ..leather material is stiff and the coloured part creases and cracks easily …used for a couple of weeks with no signs of softening up.Cheap and does the job but not great quality

I still wear it every night for when my girlfriend takes me for a walj

Top quality collar. I bought this as a repeat order to replace my whippet's first adult collar which is 8 years old and was worn every day. The original collar is still wearable it is just the soft lining that has begun to split. A bit stiff to begin with but is softening with wear.Quality certainly matched the first one and looks lovely on my silver fawn whippet. I preferred the contrasting white stitching on the original collar but that's a minor point. Excellent value for money.

Very sturdy up-to the point that it takes a good minute to buckle it up. It cracked in cold. The loop for lead attachment is so small that it takes another two minutes to thread the lead hook into it. And no space left for the tag to attache or for halti etcAlso the end sticks out. Not the best design at all.

A nice soft leather collar in a great range of colours.I bought a second one as I was happy with the first, using the last hole for the tightest fit on my excitable lurcher. I used Velcro to secure the long end of the collar, which spoilt it rather.I checked the new collar was the same length before putting it on. A few days later I realised that it was a looser fit than the first & on checking found the holes are not punched in the same places. I will have to punch another in myself which is disappointing.

We have had this collar for our whippet puppy for a few months now and it still looks brand new!It is nice and soft on the inside with strong stitching and quality material on the outside. The buckle itself is sturdy and he hasn’t slipped out of it even though he is still quite small (he is coming up to 1 year!)It washed well in the machine, on a cool wash and didn’t lose any of its structure.I was a bit worried about ordering the right collar online because his comfort was so important but he seems to love it and I think it’s great value for money!

Its a sturdy collar, we are using it for a while now and no issues till now. Its little bit hard to put on him, but once done its secure. Our puppy is only three months old and his neck fits into very last hole in the collar, but its not loose and even though he tries very hard, he is not able to slip out of it :)
