Template and baking liner are excellent, making the piping of the macaroons easy. The macaroons peel off the baking liner cleanly, avoiding the 'sticking' I experienced when using a silicone mat. I had high hopes that the piping pod would put an end to the sticky mess I seem to end up with when using a piping bag. It was not to be. The nozzle is too small and whilst filling the pod is less messy and much easier than filling a piping bag, far too much mixture is left in the pod meaning I had to scrape it out and use a piping bag. Had my batter been of a looser consistency, this could have been possibly been avoided. A good product nonetheless.

What can i say * macaroon simplicity🙌. I think that sums it up.

Parchment and template are ideal - I've already got the piping stuff so I don't use the one included

unlike some macaroon moulds on the market, this template does not leave you with half your macaroon stuck in the mould

Perfect easy to use

I have been making adequate macarons now for the past six months and making them so frequently (every couple of weeks or so), I decided it was time to get something a little more permanent and time saving than drawing out rings on baking parchment each week. I also found the macarons might stick from time to time very slightly.I am pleased to report this kit is the perfect solution. Upon receiving it I was a little suspect of how good it could be or if I’d overpaid as I felt I’d received two sheets of bake o glide and a laminated A3 sheet of paper with rings on it.All scepticism put aside I used it and happy to report my initial doubts were unnecessary, not only do my macarons come out with an amazingly smooth underside, but the two circle outlines on the templates have the perfect diameters for my purposes (3 and 5cm).All in all I would highly recommend this product having tried a number of different solutions previously that were nowhere near as good (including a purpose made Silicone Mould specifically for macarons, that the macron would always stick too!).
