Will this kill coralline algae?

It doesn’t kill what is already there. However it keeps it free from growing and makes it easy to Clean off glass. I highly recommend it for keeping your tank clean of algae and such and make daily /weekly glass cleaning down to a minimum

I use chemipure blue and purigen. Do I have to remove any of those while using this?

Yes remove any carbon and turn off your slimmer while dosing razor, use as directed and add carbon back in after treatment.

What is the dose per gallon?

2ml or 1/2 capful per 50 gallons to begin. Goes up to 15ml or 3 capfuls per 50 gallons by the sixth day. Useful additive -- even if you don't like additives, normally. Recommended.
