The safe came in a carton box with perfect condition. Having enough space for my wife's stuff and very convenient for daily access.

A great place to put all your valuables and enough room for all of them very well-made, strong doors and side panels very easy to open the doors with the combination I would highly recommend all your valuables to be put inside the safe

Not real happy when your item arrives damaged. Do not have time to wait for a new one. Not really fire safe as you can see this interior light through the edge of the doors😡

The 2 door with 3 double bolts was the selling point and feature that made me choose this particular unit which the advertising marketing highlights.. BUT the overall casing all around is very thin metal not visible on marketing product ad, at least compared to the smaller but solidly built and heavier unit I already have. I needed a bigger unit for a variety of reasons but I feel the thin metal is easy to penetrate all around thus bypassing the front bolted portion. I would spend a few extra hundred $$ if you value your valuables. The overall weight was a dead giveaway upon received unit which is much lighter than smaller safe I have. That would make it easier to haul away by burglars.BTW Upon packing it for return the bottom door completely came off hinges:) 😮

This is not a safe. Their instruction sheet refers to it a a "safe box." It it neither waterproof nor fireproof. Note pics of the interior light from outside the closed box. That gap makes it susceptible to pry bars as well. The locks operate nicely but are plastic and feel like one hammer strike or kick would take them right out.On the plus side, it meets my needs for now at a reasonable price. I will be getting some UL94 V-0 certified fireproof bags for my stuff in the metal lock box.Did anyone really believe they were getting a fireproof safe for 1/10 the price of a comparable Sentry Safe?

This safe was shipped in a heavy duty box, and they had some blown plastic corner pads for shipping. The powdercoating is nice, but thin in some spots. I have a few chips on my safe already. The safe comes with 2 different emergency keys because it has 2 safes. It is very easy to setup a new combination and there is a LED light in the door of the safe that shines inward. That is a very thoughtful feature.The top safe has a very nice shelf that you can also remove if you want more space. The bottom safe has a separate lockbox with a separate key. The emergency keys are quite remarkable. One would expect a tubular key. Nope. This safe has laser cut keys like your expensive luxury cars, so don't lose them!I bought this safe because I wanted a fireproof and waterproof safe. I believe it is fireproof, but not so confident of it being waterproof. There are no gaskets to keep water out of the safe.Overall, a very good value if you want a safe for overflow stuff from your other safe, or if you don't already have a safe.

Minor issue but the company resolved it! The safe itself is awesome too. Will be back if I need another.
