Mothca Matte Privacy Screen Protector for iPhone 15 Pro 6.1 inch, Anti-Spy Anti-Glare matt Tempered Glass, Anti-Fingerprint Shield Smooth & No Dark

I wanted a matte screen protector on my new phone (iphone 16 pro), and came across this one which adds the privacy filter. I was sceptic because price is relatively low, so decided to try.So far I'm impressed, installation is easy as comes with a fixture to place it properly (not very clear in the description, I was not sure it came with, until I opened it), and functionality is perfect.Finger slides so smoothly compared to non-matte protectors, I love the touch feeling, and the privacy works perfectly (laterally)! I recommend it!Installed for a week now, no remarks, still perfectly fitting, no bubbles etc.

Best screen protector I ever had. Give such a luxury touch to my phone. Also not sure it’s my luck or product related but I managed to apply it without any single bubble so make the process even better. Now let‘s see how it resist to the frequent fall of my phone :)

This product is exactly as it was advertised, fits easy enough with no bubbles. Privacy feature works a treat and matte feel is nice and smooth. No issues with touch sensitivity or face recognition. The only issue at the moment, which could become a big issue depending on how I find the next couple of days. The screen protector makes your phone image a little grainy/fuzzy. Almost like you can’t quite focus on what you’re looking at. It’s only been fitted for a few hours now and I’m still thinking I can learn to ignore this but we will see how I feel after a few days.

Had this a couple of weeks now and it’s very good. It doesn’t hamper the screen at all and is really clear.Easy to clean and doesn’t leave finger marks or streaks which can be a problem with gloss finish screens.

This screen protector is incredibly fragile and shattered within hours of use. Definitely not worth the price, as it offers zero durability

Privacy and Matt effect is all good but it is very fragile. It cracks without dropping or placing down in a harsh manner. Noticed a crack 20 minutes after installing and I was in my pocket the whole time

I took a gamble on this screen protector as it had no reviews (probably because it was new for iPhone 16 pro) but I couldn’t be happier. It comes with a stencil thing to align the protector perfectly, and not only is it a matte protector to stop glare but it turns out it’s a privacy protector too, so someone sitting next to you can’t see your screen which is cool. Really pleased with this. Just make sure you don’t have any dust on your screen before installing… if you do use a sticker to remove it. But yeah, super cheap and very good screen protector so far. Definitely recommend

The screen does appear dark when viewed off-axis, so the privacy effect functionally works.However, the dark mask is also applied over the FaceID sensors, so FaceID only works half the time. The screen is also noticeably darker overall, so the brightness has to be turned up higher to compensate, and the Standby mode always thinks it's night time so shows in red even in good lighting.The screen quality is also reduced due to the matte finish.There's a black border around the whole protector so the extreme edges of the screen are cut off - it took multiple attempts to align to minimise this.Not really worth it for the privacy effect.
