Camera was very easy to set up. Excellent pictures and videos. I had a problem with where the video was being stored and contacted the company. There customer service is outstanding. Dealing with China and emails back and forth took some time but my rep was fantastic with helping me. Software would not work right with my new iPhone 10 XR but they are working on an update. Until they do video clips I want to save wont store on the iPhone 10 XR, they are being stored on my OneDrive account and that's ok for now. If I want to show a clip that I saved I just open up my OneDrive and the clip is there. The 24/7 recorded video goes to a Cloud account. Date and time stamp need to be bigger and moved so they can be easily viewed. Product was easy to set up, swivel head on camera works great, video quality is great. All in all this is a lot of surveillance camera for the money! I would buy again and again. Hopefully there is a software update in the very near future that will address the compatibility issue's with the new phones that are coming out, specifically the iPhone 10 XR. Customer service on a scale from 1-10 ten being the highest. I'm giving them a 15!!!!!!!

Picture quality is good enough to where you can see your furry friend fine. It helps that it adjusts to the lighting in the room too so no issues viewing at night. Sound quality is also good, good enough to where my dog does respond to voice commands via the microphone which has come in handy during times he is going after his dog bed inside of his crate. The 360 rotation is also great and the camera motion responds well via wifi. We also like that it has the ability to share the camera so both my husband and I can watch over our phones at work. Only bummer part is that there is no way to view the camera over the internet on a computer, it is android or ios app only and that would be helpful if I could pull it up on the computer instead to save on battery life. Overall set up was super easy to install and I am not even that tech savvy. Would recommend, has served us well so far and is what we wanted to keep an eye on our pup while we are not home.

Preface: We bought this camera (after reading good reviews and comparing it with other similar cameras) because Dori, our Westie (West Highland White Terrier), will be having "babies" (we are expecting 5!!) in a few days and we need to keep an eye on momma and puppies, from home or away, pretty much 24/7 for the next 10-12 weeks. A brief test last night indicates the camera should work well for that purpose.I wrote this primarily for feedback to the seller ( 4sdot), but it serves as a review as well:I'm very happy with the image quality, technical features. price, packaging and delivery time of the camera. Issues I'm not so happy with include: 1) The instructions were not well done for the English speaking customer. Please invest more money and time in providing complete and clear instructions. And consider putting these written instructions along with an instructional video on your web-site. 2) What is the diameter of the threaded female mount on bottom of camera (I know it's smaller than 1/4 inch) that was not mentioned on Amazon or referred to when I asked a question at the Amazon product page about a potential tripod mount. 4sdot should consider making available, either free or for a small purchase price, an adapter to convert this presumed tripod mount to the standard American 1/4 inch tripod mount. 3) The camera will record video (or take still photos) without a micro SD card inserted, but I didn't test how long a video it could record without a memory card. So is the primary purpose of the micro SD memory card to provide longer recording durations? 4) Please provide instructions on micro SD card insertion: should it be inserted label up or down, narrower or wider edge first? 5) I have two routers and would like to be able to connect to either of them (at 2.4GHz) depending on where the camera is located in my house. The camera connected to one router with no problem, but wouldn't connect to the other, claiming the password I entered was incorrect. But I know the password I entered is correct because my other devices connect to that router using that password with no problem. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but working on the items I've mentioned above would really improve the set-up experience. Thanks for listening.

We bought this camera to keep an eye on my anxious dog during the day to make sure he is not crying or getting into anything. The video/sound quality is great and even the night vision is awesome. The app is extremely easy to use and it is perfect for our needs. With the 2-way sound I can even talk to my dog throughout the day which helps with his anxiety. Setup was a bit tricky, but we emailed customer service and they got back to us promptly. The trick was that the phone needs to be near the camera AND the camera needs to be near the router during install. Once we did both of those things it worked perfectly. The prompts were easy to follow and the installation only took a couple of minutes. For the price you can't beat this camera - this is the only one I could find for under $100 that also had good reviews.

I am so pleased with this purchase! I thought the instructions were very clear and I added the app easily to my IPhone. I did have an issue getting a picture on my phone but I realized I was not connecting to the wireless internet because of the special symbol in my password (which it states in the instructions). I emailed the contact listed on the instructions and they responded quickly and were very helpful. After I changed my internet password I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality of this camera. I can touch the picture on my phone and move the camera up/down and side to side so I don’t even need to mount it. The picture is so clear you can read a document, the 2 way audio works great and the motion sensor can be set to ping my phone. I bought this to watch my new puppy when I am not home but I wish I had bought one sooner to put in my kids playroom. I don’t have a SIM card in mine because I’m not using this for security, but there is a record button right on the app. I also just figured out that I can take a photo and save it directly to my phone. I am not good with technology but I think this is a really neat product and they have great customer service!
