Amazingly simple and effective!
I have to say that I was skeptical. But I was so curious I had to try it out for myself.I am blown away. The sound quality is astounding for this little device. I kept switching between my guitar cable and the B-2 and I could not really hear a difference. I’ve performed on stage with it twice now and it’s worked great. The only issue I’ve had was that I accidentally changed the channel on the transmitter while turning it on, but that was my fault not the device’s.On my Taylor 414CE it sounds great through the PA system. When I plugged it into my electric guitar and amp it sounded great too. The only thing I noticed was a radio static type sound when I had heavy distortion on my amp that I could only hear when I was not playing. This was not typical distortion noise, it was definitely the B-2. But that would not stop me from using it.I recommend this device for live performance and practice, but not for studio recording. It does have little moments where it cuts out for a millisecond or experiences interference. The rechargeable batteries are genius. Batteries last for a long time: 6 hours of play. Controls are foolproof. The range is honestly more than you should need. Totally worth the money!

Excellent Sound Quality and Range
The packaging and general build quality are really nice, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. There were no connection issues; setting it up took about 5 seconds. It's really low latency and my strat sounded just as good through this is as through a cable. The range is also hilariously good. I laughed when I was able to leave my amp in my room and go get a snack in my kitchen about 75 feet away without breaking up. Hearing my guitar all the way on the other side of the house really made me appreciate what my roommates deal with, so this is great for anybody's guitarist friend with no self awareness.

Defective right out of the box.
While it works, it works well but the transmitter battery will not stay charged. Transmitter will not turn off. Unit is clearly defective, bad QC.

Stevie T was wrong about this one.
I wanted to like these and I was really ecstatic when I received them. Being on a budget I was excited when I saw Stevie T do a fun review of these and I thought I finally found what I've been looking for. They look great and seem really high quality and I like how they fit on the guitar. However, did not perform to anywhere near my expectations (or the way they seem on YouTube review videos). There wasnt any noise or feedback at all which is awesome and the sound quality was pretty damn good but I could not get more than 5 feet away from my amp. Basically had to stand right next to the amp for the best sound and was even getting quite frequent drop outs standing next to it, which makes this useless. Also I play metal and my guitars have passive pickups, when I was palm muting I was getting drop outs constantly. I even turned off the wifi router and was acting the same way. So I cant even depend on these for simple band practice. I will be returning them and saving up some money to spend on a more high quality wireless system. I guess you get what you pay for.

Read this and save yourself some time. Xvive U2 vs NUX B-2 vs Donner DWS-3 vs Boss WL-20.
This is a review of the four popular guitar wireless systems below. I have purchased and returned Xvive U2, Donner DWS-3, and NUX B-2. I have kept the Boss WL-20. Let me save you the trouble that I have gone through.I needed something good enough for live use without the hassle of a belt pack, or the need for additional pedalboard space. My pedalboard is full, and I already have a belt pack for the IEM system we use. I needed good range, no dropouts, ease of use, good battery life, and compatibility with my guitar (Epiphone Traditional Pro II) which has a +15db boost circuit that I engage for solos.Xvive U2:Pros: Fantastic range; Dual USB charging; No dropoutsCons: Adds slight distortion, High pitched squeal when guitar boost circuit activated; Battery life about 3 hours; On/Off buttons and channel buttons confusing; Channel switching awkward and time consuming; feels a little cheaply made; Slight Latency.Recommended for: No hesitation using it live with guitars with no additional electronics. Would need to recharge during breaks.Donner DWS-3:Pros: Fantastic value; Excellent sound quality, No issues with guitar electronics, Includes carry bag; Battery life 5 hours; Easy to operate and turn on/off; Easy to change channels; Zero latency; Built in boost circuitCons: Only one USB connector; Poor range; Some dropouts; Muffled sound when antenue touches something; Has external antennaRecommended for: Amazing sound quality at an amazing price. Would recommend for home use and guitars with active electronics.NUX B-2:Pros: Beautiful box and presentation (Apple like); Great price; Great design and quality; Nearly identical to Xvive, but better design; Easy to operate and switch channels - no guessing; No interference; No perceived latencyCons: Only one USB charging connector; High pitched squeal when guitar boost circuit activated.Recommended for: This would have been the one to keep if not for the issue with guitar electronics.Boss WL-20:Pros: Everything; Superior design - fit and finish; No on/off or channel selecting - all automatic. Just plug it in and unplug it (no guessing); Charging system (both charge at once with one USB connection); Excellent sound quality; Low latency; No issues at all with guitar electronics on boost circuitCons: Priced higher than others; Range not as good as Xvive, but same as others; Ugly box and presentation; slightly muffled sound when touching the transmitter; Manual.Recommended for: Everything. This is the one I have kept.

Good Experience!
This is my first experience with going wireless and it has been a positive one. I use it for both guitar and bass. I hear no difference in sound quality. The unit is used for church performances for about 2.5 - 3 hours. I find I have to change channels depending on where I am playing. In my studio at home, channel 1 works best. At church, channel 2 works best. You can easily tell what channel you are on with a glance. They go into standby mode if you put the guitar down and then reactivate when you pick it up...very nice. The batteries are at about half life at the end of use so I guess they will last 5 or 6 hours. I honestly am totally satisfied. I like the way they can be joined together for storage in my guitar case.
