It works on my USB-C Monitor (ThinkVision M14)!
I'm using this cable to connect the ThinkVision M14 monitor from my GPU's full-sized DisplayPort to the monitor's USB-C input port (which I believe supports the USB-C DP Alt mode). It works if you connect this cable to either port on the monitor and power the monitor from the other port using a PD-supported power (important!) adapter.I've tried powering my monitor with two different non-PD power adapters, but none of them got my computer to recognize it. Your power adapter MUST be a PD adapter if you're using the ThinkVision M14!

FINALLY A Cost-Friendly Truly Bidirectional Cable
I have ordered 4 different cables trying to daisy chain two monitors together. Nothing worked... Until I got this one! I needed a specific DisplayPort OUT to USB-C IN cable. It's easy to find cables that work in the opposite direction (USB-C to DP). This is the only one that worked for me. SO relieved I was finally able to find something that works and doesn't cost way more than it should.

Damaged PC
I connected this to my Radeon 6700 XT GPU to add a fourth monitor which supports USB-C.The PC will not Power On Self Test when connected. I tried connecting the monitor after Windows was started, it works... But suddenly my PC will not power off automatically after shutting down. Somehow this cable damaged my PC and cost me a lot of money to repair.DO NOT BUY THIS CABLE.

Works very well, solid signal no noticable difference in latency.
Fit and finish is good on this cable, signal is clean, no latency increase noticed. Cleans up your cable management, one less dongle going into your PC.

No trouble getting 4k video from DP on video card to C input of moinitor.

Excellent quality cable
Bought one of these to add an external monitor to my PC which didn't have a USB-C capable of handling video. This connected the monitor's USB-C to my PC's DisplayPort flawlessly. No complaints at all, great product I highly recommend.

Did not last
It just stopped working. Not sure what happened but I wouldn’t recommend. Only worked for maybe 2 months and then failed.

I'm using this cable to connect my Lenovo Legend 5 (USB-C) to my 32" 1440P SCEPTRE (DisplayPort) and it works flawlessly. This cable is worth it.
