This attached as easily as other attachments. Fruit can be cut into med size pieces with skins left on most. Completely removed all juice and leftovers from apples I was able to use to make our pups some treats. Easy to clean. Will use this several times a week for many different fruits and veggies!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  First off the built quality on this is really good, the screen and all the components are really nice and heavy so you shouldn't have to worry about it breaking.I washed everything with soap and put it together, it wasn't rocket science and only took a few seconds to do so.In the video I juiced three apples on the number 2 speed and the juice it created was amazing.Cleanup was pretty quick, the most difficult thing the clean was the screen and you'll need a small straw brush to clean out the pulp chute.I did read up first, you can't run seeds through a masticating juicer as you could damage it which is different as you can run seeds through a centrifugal juicer which unfortunately means no pomegranates but that's ok.The juice from a masticating juicer definitely has more fine pulp and fiber than a centrifugal which is something I didn't know but it definitely has more flavor and less waste than a centrifugal juicer.We have the 6quart KitchenAid mixer so it does stand a little tall but that's not the companies fault, I'll likely just get a piece of tubing for the pulp so it doesn't fall into the juice on accident.I highly recommend this juicer attachment as you won't be disappointed in the results from juicing and if you already have a KitchenAid mixer the price is really attractive.

I love how adding an attachment can make your KitchenAid stand mixer into a completely new product! I have been collecting attachments for mine, and this juicer is a welcome addition. We used to have a juicer- only a juicer- and what a pain it was! It made a huge mess, was a pain to clean, and took up the space of an entire counter appliance. This juicer attachment does none of those things. It is compact, attaches to an existing appliance, so it takes up no extra room, and it is easy to clean with just a few small parts. It works well and is durably made to the standard one would expect for something paired with the KitchenAid brand and its reputation. I'm super pleased with this!
