Q: How wide is this bag?

I would say offhand this will open up to 24" wide, I can carry enough items with beach towels an air pump, outdoor speaker, and multiple other beach needs easily in this bag. Tbh its the BEST beach bag I've used and found in Hawai'i or on Amazon, the mesh build is perfect, and it has perfectly placed pockets to hold items like sunscreen, bug repellant and other things.

Q: How many beach towels can it hold?

This bag could probably hold 12 rolled up towels. We carried everything in this bag for a family of 3, towels, clothes, sandals, sand toys, drinks, snacks, and a beach umbrella.

It’s solid, it really is a nice bag.

Q: Does this fold easily? Looking at taking it on a Motorcycle trip to use as a laundry bag, shopping bag and pool/beach bag.

Yes, it folds. But it's not going to fold up real small. This bag is big but will be perfect for what you want it for. Enjoy!
