Very nice laptops
Bought 2 for family members, absolute bargain for the spec.Very light weight wise, upstanding quality ticks every box recommend you buy from this sellar

NON UK KEYBOARD LAYOUT
Early days but so far seems great. Only disappointing point which should have been included in the item description is that the keyboard layout id USA not UK, European.

I ordered this laptop back in October 2023. I was a bit sketchy to order such an item from amazon in the first place but after checking the reviews, I thought it would be OK. I've had the laptop less than 6 months and it's already packed in. It won't charge up at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this item

Screen Issues
This is a follow up review in regards to the above product, although I had initial issues as below I can confirm that the company have done everything possible to making my experience with these problems, I can confirm DO NOT let my issue stop you purchasing the same as I cannot compliment the company for all the expert Customer Service they have shown. I would recommend this company & its products & service very highly. If you read the section below I’m sure that this is a one off problem that the company have stated they will do their utmost to see this don’t happen again. (Packaging great, definitely value for money, found that the keys are in places wrong.ie:- shift &@/2 key don’t operate it gives you “ so have to adjust keys.Still under use so long way to go.Have been creating a spreadsheet from Microsoft Excel but find when scrolling down the screen goes blank & Flashes, it’s slow when using spreadsheets I’d not recommend this laptop for business, as it might crash, it gives you that feeling.For a machine recommended at £1199 the £279 price is about right.Disappointed)Conclusion:- YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY & THEIR PRODUCT.Angie.

Great for the price
My only reservation is that 2 or 3 keys do not produce the symbol described so it needed some experimenting to fibd the appropriate symbol. Plus the keyboard alphabet is set to one side the left with most of the function keys on the right which would not be great for a serious typist. However for me, surfing, Internet shopping, playing jigsaws crosswords etc I am very pleased with it
