A bell, yes it is, but with a tonne of melodies there are some that are soothing then there are the ones that are reminiscent of childhood memories, hell there's even a happy birthday jingle, not too sure if there's a merry Christmas jingle too, there are a lot to sort out, and the sound is also quite loud, happy with the purchase needed a new bell as the old one was giving problems with the speaker, all in all, a nifty little bell with melodies.

Already received this wireless doorbell one week ago,it works very well,I put the receiver on upstairs,so that I will not miss any knock when I stay upstairs,nice design ,it can work about 10m distance ,it’s enough for my house. waterproof,can put on the outside ,one more things is it has lots of melody you can choose,every time when my little daughter hear the melody,she’s very excited running to the door,nice little door bell.

Works really well and has a good loud sound. Of all the many choices though there is only one ringer we can tolerate. A plain bell would have been preferable to all the gimmicky sounds.

Very easy to set up, plug in, choose volume and chime, off you go! The volume levels go from moderate to fairly loud so it’s easy to hear when you are further from the door. Lots of chimes to choose from, my kids will be pleased with the happy birthday chime and the Christmas carol ones. There’s the standard ding dong or buzzer too. Can be screwed in - screws and mini screwdriver are included- or stuck on, couldn’t be easier.

We just move a house which has no doorbell and I can never hear people when they knock on the door so I decided to purchase a wireless doorbell. This doorbell is great. Change volumes, And is super easy to install. I put one reciever in the Living room I have no issues with missed knocks anymore.

My previous door bell got corrupted after few days as it wasn't waterproof. I bought this door bell for rainy weather of the uk. So far, it has heen working well, good value for momey, goo quality, the chime kit can be plugged in so no need to be worried if it runs out of battery.

It goes ding dong! What more could I ask for?It does a have a plethora of different digital renditions of popular ditties including a handful of seasonal Christmas tunes. I did suggest that it would be suitable to provide the house with a festive feel when Egg Nog season is upon us. However my wife and children threatened to walk out on me if I did.

I was displeased when I first received the product as no matter how much I tried, it would only play the default chime. However, the market trader proved to be extremely helpful and advised me on a method to overcome the problem and now it works perfectly. The world would be a much better place if all outlets practised the same level of customer care. Well done.

Extension working well with existing Proxelle doorbell, I did have a little difficulty initially getting the two receivers to keep the same ring tone, but that may just have been...

This is the only wireless doorbell I have had which has worked for more than a few days! I have bought numerous doorbells in the past but none better than this one.

Brilliant door bell. Most ringing options sound like ringtones but we opted for the classic “ding dong”, which is a lovely sound. Highly recommend.

I rate this, it's well made and easy to install, leave it set on 'Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer for an extra twist......

Excellent. So very easy to put up. I'm rubbish at DIY but this was a doddle. The chimes are good - many different ones to choose from. I would certainly recommend this doorbell.
