They were a bit better than I expected. I was surprised. Buying over the internet is often hit or miss. These pyrite pieces were a hit. The pieces were of a good size. Lots of sparkle. I recommend these stones and this seller.

Beautiful. Nice big chunks of pyrite. I used them for treasure hunts for my kids and to expand their rock collections. The pieces were large enough to be nice and visible in the garden. They were very sparkly too! Nice and silvery-gold and clean.

Received my pyrites and I have to say I was disappointed... pyrite arrived w a greasy substance all of 5 pcs. Where others describe receiving 9pcs, sizing from 3 slightly larger than a walnut others much smaller... not happy

I bought this to hide for my kids when they were panning for gold at a camp. It was perfect! They were super happy. It came in a heavy duty ziplock bag. I weighed it. It was a half pound like advertised. It looked to have been bagged up for a long time because there was lots of pyrite dust in it. My hands turned dark when handling it. Not a big deal, just mentioning it because of amazon asking about the presentation.

Samples are all the size of grit. The products are as described, but the picture makes them look larger.
