Amazing stuff
This stuff was an amazing treat. People always tried to correct me when I told them I had truffle carpaccio, insisting that the word is only for raw meat. Well the Italians should know, and they quite often use the term for truffles. Just a touch added to a dish can multiply its excellence. My favorite was probably with gnocchi.

If you are like I am, and obsessed with truffles, this is the product for you! Very reasonably priced! Extremely easy to use! Finding new ways to incorporate this heavenly mixture into more and more of our meals. Everyone in the family enjoys it and feels the home with a beautiful scent! Great truffle taste
Excellent, authentic truffles, in deliciously infused oil. Texture is slimy. Buy fresh and grate if you’re able.

Good on very first day. Day two even in refrigerator you can throw it out. Doesnt hold even 2 days in refrigerator
