I have trouble falling and staying asleep. I thought this might be a good natural solution.Immediately after mixing it into a cup of water I started to question how natural this product really is (see pictures).It dissolves quickly. It smells and tastes pleasant. However, it is a very unnatural bright neon blue. As promised, about 30 minutes after drinking, I felt ready to sleep. I went to bed, but woke up about an hour later needing to pee. Maybe drinking a full glass of water right before bed wasn't such a good idea after all.Looking at the ingredients. I'm still unsure how natural something with "Nature Identical Flavor" can be.

I found the container quite difficult to open - it took quite a lot of force. The tablets are a creamy color and smell pleasant enough. I added one to some warm water and was surprised to see it turn a bright turquoise color! The taste is very pleasant - mainly the blueberry flavor. I would have preferred if the tablets contained magnesium, as I usually like to take this at night. Decent value for the price though.

While traveling to different time zones, sleep is hard to normalize. With this melatonin which is solid ( haha TSA) makes it very travel friendly. Just add water.
