The smarter way to play snap and pairs. In all other snap games you match identical images. With this unique game, it’s equivalents that are matched.; This unique deck of cards lets you play two family favourites, Snaps and Pairs by matching colours and shapes. To play Pairs, simply turn all the cards upside down and turn two over to see if they match. If they do you keep the cards, if not you put them back! Two fun games in one that help children learn.

PERFECT FOR SHAPE RECOGNITION
While these cards can be used to teach younger children how to play snap, I actually wanted some flash cards to help my toddler (2) to learn all the basic shapes.This pack was exactly what we needed and a few months later she can recognise and say every one which includes:StarCrossOvalCircleRectanglePentagonDiamondTriangleCrescentSquareYou could also use these cards to teach colours as the shapes are all big and brightly coloured.The cards are about the normal size and thickness of standard playing cards which is fine if your child is past the paper tearing phase but they can still be bent with rough play.A nice addition is that the pack also encloses ideas on how to play both snap and pairs and, now my daughter knows her shapes, we're now learning how to play snap with these. So a brilliant little set which I think will last for a long time to come.

Very versatile.
This is great since you can match the cards by colour, shape or pattern. Good size and card feels durable. I bought these to use with Special Needs children and they are very versatile when learning about shape and colour as well as playing the game of snap.

Very confusing for youngster because same shapes were different colours.

I purchased this item for my 17 month granddaughter for a gift towards her Easter present. As she is already matching items and mums socks I thought I should give it to her early. She has so much fun with it. Thank you
