The daily dose is to take 4 capsules along with food and a drink, there are 120 capsules supplied in the bottle so there is essentially 1 months supply here.I find there is no taste to speak of if swallowed with a drink, neither is there any off putting odour that I can detect. For a while now I have been doing 2-3 hours exercise each day in order to help control my tendency to high blood sugars. Recently I have been suffering cramps every night that have woken me up and which are very painful and so I decided it was time to look at the cause.It turns out that the probable cause is a loss of electrolytes when sweating, and of course 3 hours on my gym equipment entails a lot of sweating.Since taking these capsules, just for two nights up to now, at the recommended dosage, I haven't had the cramps which I was suffering every night. If that changes with time then I will amend this review but so far so good.The capsules are easy to take with a little water and there is no taste to them. the one big negative is the dosage is stated as 4 capsules and there are 120 in the tub so the tub is just one months supply if taken daily. I feel that is expensive when compared to some other electrolyte capsules available on Amazon.Yes, they seem to have worked for me but daily usage works out quite expensive, hence only 3 stars.
