Great curtain rods!
We got these for our guest room and home office. Both work great and look great!

Difficult Assembly!
The ease of installation is no kidding the most difficult I have encountered in assembling many items. While I appreciate the end result, in that the ceiling mount gives a seamless look to my drapes, it took MANY tries to accomplish this! Also, the written directions were unclear so had to go online for clearer instructions. I use the Alexa option to open and close the drapes as the provided remote is super confusing as well.Personally knowing the hassle this was I would just go for a manual rail option. If I hadn’t already spent the time and money to do this install I would have given up have way thru.

Will not collect to a side
It was an afternoon of wasted time in trying to install to have the curtain collect on one side. I studied the many options and was and still am sure this particular wall mounted model could collect to one side. First there seemed to be nothing in the 63 pages of instructions to detail how the side gathering.should be preformed. Then taking it down and closely looking at the two sections … it is obvious the two sets of different internal glide rings were meant specifically for a particular side and are not interchangeable. Those on the motor side when reaching the joint would hang up and tear loose the curtain. Then those glide rings on the side opposite the motor would fall through the opening on the section with the motor. Now we can open the curtain about one third over the door but do not dare go past as it will jam up and drop the curtain. It would be easy to say I ordered the wrong one but I recall pictures showing the curtain gathered to a side. The instructions omitted any reference to the side collection as did the confusing Amazon listing. Have others encountered this problem? Couple weeks ago I wrote a note to Graywind who promise a quick reply but I have not heard back. Is there a different rod to allow side collection? This should be made clear to those thinking of ordering. The situation right now with partial opening is a little better than staying closed.

Not worth the extra money
Curtains are nice but the track isn’t sturdy enough and doesn’t open and close with the motor evenly.
