Security issues
I'm disappointed w the security side of it as if you get the one number correct on the side closest to the button you can bump to unlock it (I noticed on accident and if you think about it that's only 9 attempts if someone tried intentionally) so for that reason I'm very upset. However the rest of the features work a charm, just as perfectly as you would expect it to!! It's purely the security of this product that let me down!

Unfortunately the zip breaks
It worked very well for about 4weeks, but the zip broke on on Side & then the next side broke!Not worth going through to claim for new one, if the zip breaks as easily, but otherwise a good product

Overall good but pieces arrived broken
The pouch looks like decent enough quality and is a good size, however one of the divider pieces has arrived missing a piece of Velcro needed to attach it to the pouch and create a compartment in the pouch which is disappointing.

Flimsy lock, locks you out
I only saw the positive reviews on this bag and in hindsight I should have looked at some of the negative reviews. The bag itself was smaller than expected, but can still store plenty of items inside. The lock however.....I have twice been locked out of the bag with codes that I set not working!!The locking mechanism is flimsy and through sheer perseverance i have managed to unlock it by moving the dials bit by bit until it could be opened.I needed a secure bag as I need to keep medication safe from children. I do not recommend this bag

Lock broken
Lock would not work. Made contact and was assured another product on its way. Nope. Take your chances
