It radiated so much fondness, care, warmth and safety. I cannot recommend Hannah and Wyatt's story enough. I love them SO much and they truly made my heart grow. Such a cute small town romance
4.25⭐️2.75🌶️tropes: small-town romance, acquaintances to friends to lovers, lessons in how to be a hot girl, shy heroine, cinnamon roll hero, forced proximity, only one tent, rom-comAll fans of romantic comedies and small-town romances will find something to love in The Wrong Mr. Right. The small Canadian coastal town of Queen's Cove provides the perfect backdrop for this funny and romantic romance. Hannah Nielsen is about to turn 30. Dissatisfied with her life, she decides to make a list of things she wants to accomplish before that milestone. At the top of her list is the desire to become a hot girl and turn her bookstore into one that is successful. In recent years, her bookstore has been making less and less profit, which is because it hasn't been changed in over 20 years. The reason for this is her father's fear of destroying the memory of his late wife, Hannah's mother. When her father goes away for some time, the opportunity has come for Hannah to make all the changes she longs for. Into the picture comes Wyatt Rhodes, a handsome sunny boy and surfer on whom Hannah had a slight crush as a teenager. Wyatt is asked by Hannah to make a hot girl out of her. He is intrigued and goes about the task. With surfing lessons and more time together, the two end up getting closer.Wyatt and Hannah were both excellent characters. I loved seeing Hannah come out of her shell more and more. She was a character I could relate to a lot and seeing her character grow was great to follow along. I bought the chemistry between the two right away. They had good banter and all what it takes for me to believe the feelings between her and Wyatt. I especially liked the fact that she runs a bookstore and is an avid romance reader. The references to other romance books were also well-placed. Wyatt was just swoony. I loved how he helped Hannah without changing her greatly in character. He just helped bring to light the things that she actually had inside her all along. He was so head over heels for Hannah and the way they both communicated honestly was great. While there is a little third-act conflict, it is quickly sorted out. All in all, The Wrong Mr. Right had everything I want in a rom-com. It was funny and sweet. The story had spice and at moments it pulled at my heartstrings as well. So anyone looking for an enjoyable rom-com will find The Wrong Mr. Right a contender for the next read. I highly recommend it.

Loved it
I initially thought the whole setup was a bit cliché, and it is. As is the whole 'help me be a hot girl trope, but it works. The chemistry between the two protagonists is perfectly pitched and I found them both to be very likeable. I'll definitely be reading more from the series.

The Surfer and the Bookworm
Wyatt Rhodes was the most gorgeous and least eligible guy in Queens Cove, because all Wyatt cared about was surfing.Hannah ran the local bookstore which had been faltering for years, because her father refused to allow any changes to made. The store was like a monument to Hannah’s dead mother, the one Hannah always wished she could be more like. One day, as Hannah’s thirtieth birthday was fast approaching, she decided to do something about the state of he life and ask Wyatt to teach her how to be a “hot girl” like someone he would date. Wyatt agreed, but told her she needed to follow all his instructions, the first of which was to ask ten guys out.The bad thing about Hannah’s success was that Wyatt didn’t necessarily want her having any dating success unless it was with him. The problem being that he couldn’t even admit that to himself. This was cute, sexy and fun and I enjoyed it very much. I am little old fashioned and there are modern things that bother me, like no one can thank God for anything any more, we always thank the universe. That’s just me, and it was still a good book.

another 5 stars
The romance in this was amazing and the couple is honestly so cute. I loved watching Hannah develop as a character and with it her relationship with other characters in the book..
