Very poor quality
Don't waste time on this product. The installation instructions are next to useless. The only way to secure the rotating arm to the stand is to literally hammer it in place with a rubber mallet, otherwise it will pop off with even a light punch. As far as the speed bag, there is nothing to hold in in place seeing as the instructions tell you to "screw it in" despite the fact the stand has no screw hole at the top, just a large open pipe. Don't try to save a buck on this, much less headaches to just buy a quality product
