I am an avid hiker, so I do take supplements to help replace vitamins & minerals lost when I am on the trail (I tend to eat quick and easy which doesn't always mean healthy). This is the first Zinc supplement that I have ever taken and after a lot of research chose this brand due to it being RAW and organic.
