It is always a joy to work through the LEGO Advent Calendars (Except 2024’s). It’s nice to do a small model every morning in preparation for Christmas.

Package arrived in good condition. On Dec 1 at 5:30 am I opened the box and it was full of little packages in dividers. I was so mad. I had the idea that inside was a box with little holes to punch out and it wasn't. So I started looking for Advent calendar "containers" because my children love Legos. I put it back in the box and went to work. When I came home, on the counter sat a snowy scene and a snowman! My son, who probably had more sleep than me, said the flap comes down to open it up! Ha! It's really nice and simple. Ready to go. There are extra pieces in the few we've opened so far I'm hoping they make a whole figure. It's fun, and I feel with the price!

My grandkids love Legos and this was a perfect Advent gift.

It is always so fun to see what Lego comes up with every year when they release their Lego City Advent Calendars. These minifigures that are hidden behind 24 daily doors are specially made for this advent calendar, and are not repeated elsewhere, so it's worth purchasing the advent calendar to collect this special 2023 set. Each minifigure is easy to assemble and can be played with immediately. Some daily minifigures are pieces that will fit together in subsequent days, so it's fun to collect each one, and then put the completed pieces together once the calendar doors are opened. This advent calendar also teaches patience, since you can only open one door per day, and have to wait excitedly for the next day to get the next minifigure. This is a fun set for all ages and experience levels.

Our son loves LEGO, and he loved the Marvel Avengers one that we got him a couple of years prior, so we purchased this for him. This listed price might seem a bit high for an advent calendar, but being LEGO it is worth it. Our son was so excited every day to open the next one that he never forgot, as he has with other calendars. One of the reasons we gravitated to this one is because of the hockey player on the front. He kept all of the figures on the flap built into the box and I wish I would've thought to take a picture of how he had them arranged at the end.

Bought this for my 8 year old Lego loving son and I think I had just as much fun watching him open each day as he did. The first week of the advent calendar ran into a scheduled tonsils and adenoid removal surgery. What I loved most about this was how it helped keep his spirits up on the days he was in the most pain. Once he felt better, I also think it helped him from bugging to open his presents early. This was a great advent calendar for a great price. We both had so much fun wondering what would be next.
