Good quality!
Luggex is very well made of good quality materials. The wheels have springs (like shocks) for a smooth ride. The locking system is easy to use and change combination. There is a rubber seal that keeps your belongings air tight and dry. I love mine and I am a road warrior with heavy travel.

Best carry on I’ve owned.
Best carry one I’ve ever owned.I travel a lot. I had a minor issue with the wheel (baggage claim beat the heck out of it) so I emailed Luggex & took care of it for me. Awesome customer service they replaced my bag through the warranty. Loving my new bag.

Sturdy, straps are too short or have been attached in the wrong spot
It looks pretty nice and it seems pretty sturdy. The wheels roll pretty well and steer nicely. The only real downside to this case is the positioning of the inner straps. For some reason they are so short and attached so low inside of it to be able to snap it insecure contents is to do it over a very small amount of clothing or it won't reach. I usually end up with a few pairs of pants in the bottom with the straps clipped over that and then more clothes on top of that which means that the stuff on top can move around or fall out when you open it. If I get close anywhere near to the lip of even that one side I will never get it to snap

Unacceptable warranty
Wheel detached on first use, warranty states “airline damage” is not covered but product should/must be able to withstand baggage handlingAfter writing the above review, Luggex customer service immediately got in touch with me. At no cost to me, they agreed to ship a replacement wheel with instructions on installation. Luggex custservice is five star

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great customer service from Luggex. I travel approx 2 weeks every month, bought my luggage in Feb no issues until my compression strap rivet broke out of no where. Contact support and they are shipping new luggage with no issue. Will definitely purchase from them again if ever needed

Overall good, but stronger construction needed for locks
Overall pleased, but after only 3 trips the lock clasp on smaller case broke. I use this as my carry-on bag, not a checked bag.
