At last!
For years I have been making do with comfortable-ish ear buds for sleep. These are the most comfortable I have found. I am a side sleeper, and once they are in, I barely feel them. I really appreciate these ear buds!

Real sleep ear buds
These are angled so they go into your ear and stay put at night. Plus they are thin so you can use them as a side sleeper.I like to listen to “green noise” and “white noise” at night to fight my tinnitus, and these are great for that.

Broke within 3 uses
These were fantastic until they broke after just 3 uses. The volume button/microphone clip completely broke in two so now my brand new $30 earbuds are taped together. Comfortable, yes!Update — a few weeks later and now they have stopped working altogether.

Cómodos pero duran poco
Me gustaron mucho, son muy cómodos para dormir de lado, no se caen con el movimiento, pero no duraron más que unos pocos meses, el auricular izquierdo comenzó a crujir y se rompió, menos mal no se deshizo en mi oído porque las piezas que lo componen son muy pequeñas
