Terrible product!!
I ordered this for my mom and when it arrived it was melted and liquified. There was no indication that this product was perishable and there was not kind of cooling system to keep the product fresh. By the time I received the product it was no good. I would not recommend ordering this product.

Thawed out
I'm not sure if it was frozen but it was warm when I got it. The description said live plant. I threw it out
