Used this for recovery after a subtalor joint fusion. I kept it in the fridge, so when the swelling got bad, I put it on and it helped relieve the swelling very quickly. It fit well. I'm a size 11, but my foot was swollen, and it still fit. Of course the cold only lasted about 15-20 minutes, but I'd keep it on for another 20 minutes because the compression felt good. Very good quality, it stays in place, no issues. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and easy to use. You need to wear a sock with it as it does get pretty cold.

Hey, I purchased this sleeve from Amazon after injuring ankle. You put in the freezer and the slip it over your foot below your toes to maybe bottom of your cast. It’s super cold for a few minutes which I liked. Then you can take it off and put it back in freezer to get cold again. It works well and fits firmly, but you wouldn’t be able to wear shoes over it. Overall I like it and it’s totally reusable. The only con is that it doesn’t stay cold very long. Relatively light weight.

If you've ever had plantar fasciitis, you know the pain! This was by far, the best way to ice it. It stays cold for my entire 20min treatment. I have a small foot/ankle so I folded down like a socks to stay snug. It is 360° of icing. Love it

Works great could stay cold a little longer

It’s too big and bulky but it does freeze up and it does ice your foot. It doesn’t stay frozen very long though maybe 30 minutes to an hour. But you can slide your foot into the sleeve. It’s just a little bulky. It’s not something that you would put on your foot and then put into your shoe or even walk around on. But if somebody needed this like it’s stretchy like it would go over a brace or a cast probably. Weight is probably accurate with it frozen. It’s easy to use if you’re just laying around.

It is awesome! I wish it stayed cool longer but it is great.
