The product is great. but it's NOT a touchscreen
The product is great. but it's NOT a touchscreen. The first line of the description reads "Boast Impressive Details: With its 8-inch TFT LED display, LSLYA(TM) Touchscreen Monitor WR800 gives you stunning 1024 x768 resolution visuals..." but that's misleading. I figured this out before I bought it, but it took some digging.

Great screen for the money.
I bought this monitor for a project (putting a mini pc in an old Mac case). It has exceeded my expectations. While the screen is listed as 1024x768, the Linux box it was connected to was able to display a resolution of 1280x1024. It looks super tiny at that resolution, but it can be done. The pictures attached are at 1024x768TIP: The default settings have a sharpness of 50%. That is actually too high. It makes the image look grainy. If you bump the sharpness down to 31%, the image on the screen is MUCH better.

A fantastically crisp mini monitor
I bought this for a miniature raspberry pi arcade machine and it works wonderfully for this purpose. This thing is actually really well built, it disassembled very nicely. Not like a modern ultra thin monitor that's glued together, this one is simply screwed together and comes apart easily, as well as the control board having a convenient mounting bracket to mount to the MDF my machine is made out of.

Raspberry Pi Fibonacci Clock
I used this to make a Raspberry Pi Fibonacci Clock. For that purpose it's good. The assembly was convoluted. The swivel head was assembled incorrectly so I had to take it apart and realign. You have to connect it with two screws though a two inch tube - not easy. There are no directions. The colors are not as good as my regular monitor. It's ways over priced. But it you need a small monitor for a project it should work.

Great for the price
Works just fine, hdmi was recognized. Using it as a second monitor to have more real estate without taking up much room on my work desk. One tip: keep the remote. If you switch to usb or any input for that matter and can't get it to switch back to other inputs, select the input you want and then press the "ent" button on remote.

Power cord too short, otherwise good picture quality
I'm using this as a CCTV monitor using the BNC connection and the image quality is very sharp and vivid. I only have 2 complaints. #1 the power cord is only about 2' long which makes it unusable for a desk application without an extension cord. #2 (less of an issue) the menu screens feature the typical Chinese fonts which give it a bargain basement feel.

A great little monitor when you dont need a big display and the price is right.
We have used a few dozen of these as basic service monitors for client CCTV systems and they have performed perfectly. In that application they are turned on 24/7 and the longevity has been great, zero failures so far. For the price they are great, we keep them in stock at all times now.

Very good monitor
This monitor works great with my DSLR camera and my video cameras. It allows me to have a bigger display of what I am doing. It has all of the inputs I need. The sound quality is good for it's size. Also works on portable power.
