Easy to use, but customer service appalling
Very clear instructions on how to use, with examples given. You can also store your will with them for only £25 a year. Great peace of mind.Edited note:Since I wrote the above review, I would now only give 1 star. The actual format of the will/power of attorney forms is very good, but the customer service is nonexistent. My complaint is still ongoing, even though I have had my will returned at my request.Suffice to say that you should consider very carefully whether you store your will/POA forms with this company.
