What an amazing experience it has been with my this company and the monitor itself!! Love the display and the amazing resolution, I use it mostly for racing and the resolution it's amazing!! I had an issue with the screen and they acted right away to resolve the issue and offer a replacement as soon as I reached out!! The customer service is top notch and quick to resolve any issues you may have. Enzo was attentive and helpful with my requests and quickly acted to resolve all my concerns!! I definitely recommend their products and appreciate their customer service!! Stop browsing around for other monitors and do yourself a favor!! Just get it!!

Let me start out with the negative, I received this monitor 49” OLED 240 hz and connected to my 13 inch Rog Zflow and it worked Beautifully ,until i connected to any other Devices, PS5, Apple TV. Mini PC. Everything else had a fuzzy screen or lines. I tried different cables, checked connections, nothing worked , so contacted the seller. After about a week of back and forth emails, pictures, telling me to try different options nothing worked.The positives The company ((Innocn) sent me a UPS email and i sent it back. They sent me a new Monitor. It’s has an amazing picture I’ll never Go back to a regular monitor form OLED,I watch Movies , play games, the 240 refresh rate is fast.

I’ve had this monitor for over a year now, and honestly, it’s been amazing. I used to have two separate monitors, but they made my space look cluttered and not very aesthetic.With this one, my setup looks clean, organized, and way more modern. The size is perfect, and it fits beautifully on my desk.It’s also been great for gaming—good resolution, smooth performance, and zero issues so far.If I had to choose again, I’d absolutely buy it again.

This monitor was okay, but definitely didn't blow me away. The main problem I had with it was the height of the screen. It's very short, meaning that more scrolling is involved if you have a lengthy document. While the width is perfect, the height of the screen through off the scale of my documents. It actually made them hard to read despite the crystal calrity of the screen. The other thing I didn't like was the fact that it felt too plasticy. It wobbled alot when I typed and just didn't feel solid. In the end I ended up returning it and going nwtih a differnt model.

The customer support is legendary! The customer support representative that helped me was Enzo. The monitor has a 1 year warranty and customer support is so helpful and understanding. The monitor feels great quality and comes with a ton of features.

I ordered this monitor in good faith, expecting a reliable product and timely delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.First, the shipping was repeatedly delayed with no clear information. For several days, the tracking status remained stuck on “delayed,” and nobody at Amazon or the seller could tell me whether the monitor would arrive or not. Meanwhile, my work was completely on hold.When the monitor finally arrived, it came in a damaged box, which already raised concerns about handling and quality control.Then came the most frustrating part: I purchased this monitor to use with a YEYIAN gaming PC from the same brand. However, I soon discovered that the PC—although advertised with Windows 11 Home—actually came with an unfinished or corrupted installation of Windows 10. Because of this, the monitor could not be properly connected or used at all. I had no way to install Windows 11, and the system was essentially unusable out of the box.

I do not game. I bought this for work as a replacement for multiple monitors, and those arms I can never seem to get exactly the way I want them. This suits my needs perfectly and the picture is SO CLEAR. Five stars!

Best monitor I've ever bought. Stressed so much about whether it was good for office... it's GREAT for office! Replaces two separate screens and the screen real estate could not be better. Would order one for every person in office if the price would be a little less!
