Q: How can I fix it to my hot bed?

There are four clips in the package included and I used them to secure my ender 5 glass bed and it worked fine.

Q: will the coating be ruined by cleaning it with alcohol?

I’ve used it a few times and haven’t had any problems yet. It cleans very well with alcohol. It may get scratched during removal with a spatula, so you need to be careful.

Q: This ender 3 glass bed has a plastic film on top of the textured glass surface, do I need to remove it before use?

Yes, the plastic film needs to be removed. Also, please keep the coating side up when fixing the glass bed.
