I started using the estrogen only one and then after research changed to this. Currently in perimenopause. Had brain fog, low energy, hard time losing weight, occasional hot flashes, and generally just wanted to stab everyone 🙃. On month 3 now and feel fantastic! Great energy, no flashes, and back to my usual friendly demeanor. I feel like it is also helping me lose weight (with diet and exercise.) Bonus: Killer sex drive, more intense O's, and overall amazing benefits in the bedroom! The only thing is sometimes the pump doesn't work the best, but once you have used it a while you know how much should come out and adjust.

I just started using this, and I got my life back! I have been fully in menopause (no monthly) for several years but continued with hot flashes, mostly at night. I started using this and wow, within two weeks I felt happier, calmer and the hot flashes STOPPED! I feel like myself again. I wish I had been using this all along. I plan on only using 3 weeks and off 1. I am concerned about taking the cream on vacation, will TSA throw it out because it is over 3.4 ounces? I want a travel-size container and please let me know if you start making one or how I can get this through TSA.

When it first arrived, the dosage was never the same amount. I thought it was me not pressing it correctly. After weeks, the pump stopped pumping the cream out. Turned out there isn't a straw in the bottle. It is to late to return it.

Excellent cream

Needed to add progesterone back into my regimen (had run out) so thought I’d give the all in one cream a try. Hot flashes immediately returned (weird) along with anxiety. Thinking it’s the DHEA. I’ll be returning.

This container with built in pump works extremely well in dispensing the appropriate amount. It's easily absorbed into the skin and has no scent which I greatly appreciate.

I used this as directed for 30 days then had my estriodol levels drawn. They were still less than 15. Save your money & go see a menopause specialist for real stuff.Update: after posting my review, the company contacted me & gave me a full refund of the product.
